• Two Bedrooms:

o Master bedroom with king-size bed, faux wood burner, and Jack-and-Jill access to the modern shower room.

o Second bedroom with twin beds (zip/link, can be made into a super-king-size on request), also with Jack-and-Jill access to the shower room.

• Cloakroom: A separate WC and basin for added convenience.

• Open-Plan Living Area: Enjoy a spacious living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge. Relax by the electric fire, watch your favorite shows on the Loewe Smart TV, or unwind on the plush corner sofa.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher – perfect for self-catering.

• Heating & Comfort: Gas central heating, underfloor heating, and a gas fire ensure you're cosy throughout your stay.
